I. Enquiries, how to place an order?
You can make any enquiries via our Contact section on our website, or you can call us directly on 020 8648 9004, and one of our team members will be happy to talk to you about your bespoke project. We can then provide you with a fee proposal based on your brief, with details about our design and fabrication services.
To establish an initial commission and begin design work we request a 15% payment of the estimated cost of the project. At this stage, we will conduct a visit to your home/site to survey the spaces requiring furniture, windows, or doors and draw up a detailed brief. Following the visit, we will put together a full and detailed design package including 3D visuals, dimensioned annotated elevations, detailed quotation + full specifications. We will then invite you for an office meeting to present our Concept Design along with our proposal for finishes + accessories. Our design process includes up to 2 revisions of the Concept Design package to ensure you are happy with the finished product. There is no commitment to place an order for the furniture at this stage, but the deposit is non-refundable.
To place an order for your chosen products (following sign-off of the designs) we require a deposit of 50% of the final project costs. We will then send you a finalised set of design drawings, and arrange for one of our installers to visit your home to double-check access requirements and dimensions. Materials will be ordered and detailed in-house construction drawings will be made for manufacture. We work to an approximate lead time from the date of sign-off of 6-8 weeks to installation.
As manufacturing begins, we will contact you to agree on a convenient date and time-scale for installation. The remaining balance payment will be required to be cleared 24 hours before the date of installation. A member of our design team will arrange to meet you on the day installation completes to inspect the work for sign off.
We have a broad range of high quality materials to choose from, including:
Real wood veeners
Stain grain laminates
We are committed to protecting natural resources, and as such we work only with FSC certified products, and with suppliers who are registered with the BM Trada Chain of Custody system. This ensures all our timber or timber products originate from responsibly sourced forests, with the material tracked through every stage of the process from the chap who cuts down the tree right through to final delivery. We also carefully plan our cutting sheets to minimise material wastage and re-use or recycle off-cuts wherever possible.
